We use your information to assess and process advance applications, verify your identity, arrange DebiCheck debit-order collections, connect you with our partner doctors and schools where relevant, provide budgeting and savings tools, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, and communicate with you about your applications and account. We process personal information only for lawful, defined purposes related to the services we offer.

We share only the information necessary to deliver a specific service with trusted partners in our network — for example, sharing your details with a doctor or school you are referred to through a Medical or Education Advance. Partners are expected to handle your information with the same care and only for the purpose of providing that service. We may also disclose information where required by law or regulation.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Sensitive documents such as ID copies are stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel involved in processing your application.
